If your parcel is being delivered outside the EU your parcel(s) will need to be acompnied by 2 copies of a customs invoice.If you are sending a commercial shipment with a commercial value you will need 2 copies of a commercial invoice.if your are sending a non commercial shipment such as gifts,samples,personal effects you will need 2 copies of a pro forma invoice.
