Finally, we need to know what's in the parcel, the value of the contents, and when you would like it to be collected. If you do not specify a preferred date for collection we will collect the parcel at our earliest convenience.

If your parcel is being sent outside the EU you will be required to complete 4 copies of a customs invoice. This can be completed by visiting the "Customs Paperwork" section of our website. Also if your parcel is being sent outside the EU, please ensure that your parcel is left open for the collection driver to inspect.
